Our Management
Carl is the Communication and Operations Manager at Andrusida, a care provider agency. He oversees and coordinates all communication efforts, ensuring efficient information flow between staff, clients, and stakeholders. With his strong organizational skills, he streamlines operational processes to enhance service delivery and optimize client satisfaction. Carl takes a proactive approach in ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, including Local authorities and CQC, diligently maintaining adherence to all relevant guidelines and standards.
In addition to his responsibilities, he plays a vital role in staff recruitment and training. Collaborating with HR, Carl identifies suitable candidates, ensuring a competent and compassionate team of caregivers is hired to uphold the agency’s values. He devises comprehensive training programs, organizing workshops and educational sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
